Originally, I am from Auburn, ME, but lived in Southern California for about 25 years. While living in Lake Arrowhead, CA I opened the first B&B in this resort community. In 1984 I moved to Franconia, NH to purchase the Rivagale Inn. The Inn was 14 rooms, a full tavern and a formal dining room. It was a lifelong dream come true. I met my husband, Fred, who owned a Motel and Cottages in town as well. I was also the Executive Director for the Chamber of Commerce and instigated several still traditional events such as (now called) Old Home Days Parade celebrating the 4 ^th of July, the Lupine Festival, still happening, and Frostbite Follies. In 1995 we moved to Punta Gorda, FL. In 1997 Fred took a job managing Mariner Pointe Condominium's and I began my Real Estate career full time. I have sold real estate on Sanibel, Captiva and Ft. Myers for over 27 years. This year I joined Royal Shell Real Estates sales team and am excited about continuing my career and looking forward to the next phase in the amazing adventure that has been my life.
